Shipping information
We do our best to process and ship orders within 1 business day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). If you have any questions about your order, you can reach out to our Customer Service service@odeaurfragrances.com and we will be happy to help.

We ship to the following countries: Belgium; Bulgaria; Cyprus; Denmark; Germany; Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, Sweden.

Delivery times
Delivery times vary by country. Orders shipped to a Dutch address should arrive within two days of dispatch. Most European addresses arrive within five days of dispatch but can take up to 10 days. We currently do not ship goods to the UK.

Order process
We want you to get your order asap, therefore as soon as an order is received via the website it is final and cannot be amended.

Order tracking
After each order, you will receive an e-mail with a summary and full information for the online tracking of your delivery. Should you have any special request regarding an urgent or special delivery, please contact us service@odeaurfragrances.com or send a DM/WhatsApp, so that we can find a suitable solution.

Important information
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

Shipping holidays 2022
We do not ship orders on the following public holidays:

New Year’s Day (January 1st)
King’s Day (April 27th)
Christmas Day (December 25th)
Boxing Day (December 26th)

Sale
Please note that during Sale it may take a little longer to process your order. We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.

Insurance
Odeaur Fragrances ensures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. Orders may require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by Odeaur Fragrances.

Return policy
You have 30 days of withdrawal from receipt of your package. Articles returned must be un-opened, undamaged, and complete. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us. We will then issue a return label from the same carrier as for the shipment of your package. The cost of this label will be deducted from the refund. In case of withdrawal, we will refund the payment received within 10 days, by bank transfer, after receipt and verification of returned products.
