Do you offer samples?

To help you explore the Odeaur Fragrances, we currently offer our 7 days “every day a different fragrance test kit” which holds a selection of seven 2ml samples. With the purchase of our €35 Discovery Sets you can sample each scent and get to know the collection more intimately. You will receive an email with a promo code to apply €30 off your first purchase of our 50ML lifetime fragrance bottle. If you experience an issue receiving the email or promo code, you can reach out to us at service@odeaurfragrances.com and our team will happily assist.

Please note that: each code is personal to your account and cannot be shared, used more than once, or on items outside of the scents.

We always recommend trying on your skin first. The perfect way to test our seven fragrances from the comfort of your home, plus, you can redeem the purchase price of the sample service on a bottle when you find something you love. Unfortunately for countries not listed we do not offer a sampling service.

How do I redeem my promo code?

If you bought a sample set and want to order a 50ML lifetime fragrance bottle, use your promo code at checkout for €30 off your purchase. Please note, the promo code expires 30 days after receiving it.

Why is our sample service not available in the UK?

Due to the recent implications of Brexit, we unfortunately had to make the decision to discontinue our service in the UK. We will continue to work with our logistics team to explore potential solutions, but for now, our service is no longer available in the UK.

Is gift wrapping available?

At present, we are unable to offer a personalized gift-wrapping service. All our items will come in a signature Odeaur Fragrances presentation box, which is perfect for gifting to loved ones. Invoices shipped in all orders do not show products or order totals. If you want a proper invoice, please contact our Customer Service’s team.

How concentrated are your perfumes?

Our collection is high concentration “eau de parfum”, with each fragrance having a minimum of 20% pure perfume oils.

Are your fragrances animal friendly?

Our fragrances are not tested on animals. Our fragrances do not contain animal materials, other than some compositions may contain beeswax or ambergris. Beeswax and Ambergris are natural excretions where the animal is unharmed.

Can you layer Odeaur Fragrances?

Yes, you do! All our perfumes share the same DNA which makes them great for layering, you really can’t go wrong.

How can I make the perfume last longer?

There are a few things you can do to increase the life of your perfume on your skin. We recommend moisturizing (with a fragrance-free cream or oil) before you apply your perfume as the drier your skin, the more quickly it will absorb the fragrance oils. Perfume applied to your hair and/or clothes will last longer than perfume applied to your skin. Also, think about where you apply your perfume – pulse points are good for the fragrance developing on your skin, however, the inside of your wrists isn’t good if you are typing on a computer all day – where it will rub off, or washing your hands regularly – where it will wash off. When applied near your nose (i.e., your neck), you become desensitized quickly from the constant smelling, so although others will smell your perfume, you won’t.

How should I store fragrance?

Like a fine wine, our fragrances will continue aging in their bottles beautifully as long as they are kept out of direct sunlight and away from direct heat.

Where should I apply fragrance?

The best place to apply the fragrance is to your wrists, elbows, and collarbone. Do not rub it in – just let the fragrance unravel and work its invisible magic.

How do I find the right fragrance for me?

First, we always say try our 7 day test kit. We do our best to give as much possible information on our fragrance. However, we understand that shopping for scent online can be limited, which is why we are happy to offer impartial, knowledgeable advice to help you discover the perfect perfume for you.

Did my order go through?

When your order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.

I didn’t receive a confirmation e-mail, what should I do?

First, check whether the funds have been debited from your account. It is possible that the transaction was not successful, and your order was not validated. If your account has been debited, please check your spam folder as our email may have ended up there. If you still haven’t received an email, it might be because the email address you provided contained an error. In this case, contact us at service@odeaurfragrances.com so we can check and resend your confirmation email.

When will my order be shipped?

Your package will be shipped within 24 to 48 working hours after validation of your order. If you place your order at the weekend or on a public holiday, your products will be shipped within the next two business days.

Has my order been shipped?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that allows you to follow the delivery status of your package on your chosen carrier’s website.

How can I track my order?

Once your package has been shipped and picked up by the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. In this email you will find a summary of your order as well as a tracking number, which will allow you to track your package on the website of the carrier you have chosen.

Can I buy a product that is out of stock?

When one of our products is out of stock, it cannot be pre-ordered. However, you can subscribe to a Back in Stock Alert, and you will be informed by email as soon as the product you wish to buy is available.

Can I change my address or my delivery option after placing my order?

If you would like to change the delivery address for your order, contact us as soon as you receive your order confirmation email at service@odeaurfragrances.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we will be able to modify it. Otherwise, our customer service team will work with you to find the best way to get your order to you with the least hassle possible.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

We can only cancel your order if it has not yet been processed. Contact us as soon as possible at service@odeaurfragrances.com so we can take your request into account. Please note our headquarters are based in the Netherlands and operate between 9am-5pm UTC+1. Odeaur Fragrances cannot guarantee modification or cancelation of orders once they have been processed within our warehouse.

Where can I find my sample service coupon?

You can find your unique coupon code in the confirmation email from your order. Sometimes our emails end up in the junk folder of your email inbox so please make sure you check this folder for the confirmation email.

How long is my sample service coupon valid?

Your unique coupon code is valid one month from the date of your sample service purchase.

I tried to use my sample service coupon, but it didn't work?

Please check you are using the coupon code for the correct purpose. Your coupon is single-use and only valid on the purchase of a 50ML lifetime fragrance bottle (all fragrances) If it still doesn’t work, please contact our customer service team: service@odeaurfragrances.com.

How do I use a promo code on odeaurfragrances.com?

We love to treat you, so we offer promo codes for test kit purchases as well as special promotions. If you have a valid code, you can enter it at checkout to redeem.

Why isn't my promo code working?

Please make sure that the promo code is entered correctly with no typos and that it has not expired. If the code was entered correctly and is still valid but didn’t apply to your order, items in your bag may be excluded from the offer. Please also note that promo codes may not be combined.

Can I combine my €30 off promo with another code?

No, your €30 off a full-size fragrance code cannot be combined with any other promotion. Should you receive multiple promo codes you may, however, use each in separate transactions.

What are the promo code terms and conditions?

Promo codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders. Promo codes cannot be combined nor are they transferable or redeemable for cash or credit. Certain products may be excluded from promo codes. To apply a promo code, you must enter it prior to completing your order.

Do you accept returns?

We offer returns on all orders within 30 days of delivery. At odeaurfragrances.com we use our pre-paid return labels provided by our Customer Care team. To initiate a return, please reach out to us directly at service@odeaurfragrances.com and our team will assist you. Please include the order number and a reason for the return. Please note that all items must be returned unused, with authentic labels and in original packaging. If goods returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we may not accept your return. Any promotional gifts received with your purchase must also be returned. Your right to return goods does not apply to goods made to your specification, or which have been clearly personalized, or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or where sealed goods have been supplied which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery.

How do I make a return?

To initiate a return, please reach out to us directly at service@odeaurfragrances.com with your order number and the issue. Our team will assist you.

How do you refund?

Our team will issue a refund for valid requests within 3-4 business days. For refunds to credit cards and PayPal, €5 is deducted to cover restocking. Your financial institution may take up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account. Please note that your original shipping charge (if any) is not refundable.

Gift With Purchases

All gifts with purchase cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. If you have any other issues or questions in regard to the gift with purchase, please email service@odeaurfragrances.com.

My package is being returned to sender, what happens next?

If the address you provided was incomplete or if the package has been damaged in transit, your order might be automatically returned to us. If this happens, contact us at service@odeaurfragrances.com, providing your correct address if necessary, so we can send you a new package as soon as possible.
